• No refunds are issued once the project has started or a digital product is delivered.

All content, graphics, and digital products provided by Tech 2 Service remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or reselling is strictly prohibited.

6. Client Content & Approvals
Clients are responsible for the content they provide. Tech 2 Service will not be liable for copyright issues or incorrect data submitted by clients. Final delivery depends on the client’s timely approvals and feedback.

7. Limitation of Liability
Tech 2 Service shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business loss or service interruptions

• আমরা পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যেকোনো সেবা পরিবর্তন বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

৩. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

• সঠিক ও আপডেটেড তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে
• আমাদের সেবা অবৈধ বা অননুমোদিত কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না
• আপনার একাউন্টের সকল কার্যক্রমের দায়ভার আপনার

৪. পেমেন্ট ও সাবস্ক্রিপশন

• প্রতিটি প্রজেক্ট শুরুর আগে নির্ধারিত অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন
• পেমেন্ট শুধুমাত্র অনুমোদিত গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে করতে হবে (যেমন: বিকাশ, SSLCommerz, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার)
• ডিজিটাল পণ্য সরবরাহ শুরু হলে কোনো ধরণের রিফান্ড প্রদানযোগ্য নয়

৫. মেধাস্বত্ব
Tech 2 Service কর্তৃক প্রস্তুতকৃত সকল ডিজাইন, কনটেন্ট ও ডিজিটাল পণ্য আমাদের মেধাস্বত্বের আওতায় থাকবে। আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এসব পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ বা বিক্রি করা নিষিদ্ধ।

৬. ক্লায়েন্ট কনটেন্ট ও অনুমোদন
গ্রাহকের প্রদত্ত কনটেন্টের দায়ভার সম্পূর্ণভাবে গ্রাহকের। যদি ক্লায়েন্ট সঠিক সময়ে ফিডব্যাক বা অনুমোদন না দেয়, তাহলে প্রজেক্ট ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

৭. দায়িত্ব সীমাবদ্ধতা
Tech 2 Service নিচের জন্য কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না:

• প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতি
• ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতি বা সেবা বিঘ্ন
• তৃতীয় পক্ষের টুল বা কনটেন্ট ব্যবহারে সৃষ্ট সমস্যা

৮. গোপনীয়তা ও তথ্য সুরক্ষা
আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ, সংরক্ষণ ও ব্যবহারে আমরা আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি অনুসরণ করি। আপনি আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করে সেই নীতির সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

৯. অ্যাক্সেস বন্ধ ও বাতিলকরণ
